“Momentsterben” 2005, Munich Concept: Katja Wachter Different characters are confronted with the fact, that time becomes another notion for them. Through the perception of a motion, that can not be stopped and a direction, that can not be chosen, the former doer becomes a victim. The consequence is a search for temporal niches, for white spaces, for a time oasis. Where are the points in our lives, where we start to see time as our enemy? What can be the release for suffering from structures, which we ourselves have created? When have I seen a moment die for the first time in my life? The choreography uses movement, speech, music and video to show different ways of experiencing time and proofs that the fight against the unalterable has doubtlessly its funny sides. |
